 Descrição da excursão em costacruise.com:
From the small village of Hellesylt the tour begins with a visit to the waterfalls of the same name, which flow into the fjord. Continuing through the counties of "More og Romsdal" and "Sogn og Fjordane" the tour will reach the deepest lake in Europe in about 45 minutes: the Hornindal which is approximately 514 metres deep. Next you'll arrive at Nordfjord and continue along its banks as far as Stryn, a tourist village where we will make a stop with free time at your disposition. Proceeding along the Stryn River, famous for its salmon fishing, you'll drive past the lake of the same name to reach Hjelle. The Strynefjell road takes you through several bends as it climbs across the Jolbrua Bridge and along the main glacial Stryn waterway which since 1993 is protected by law in the preservation of natural resources programme. The journey continues as far as Djupvasshytta where a brief drive will take you to the top of Mount Dalsnibba for an unforgettable view of glaciers, snow covered mountains, lakes and, far away at the end of the Geirangerfjord, you'll see a tiny speck in the distance which is your ship. Meteorological conditions may hamper viewing on certain visits. After brief stops at Djupvasshytta and Flydalsjuvet, you'll return to the ship.
